I wasn't really talking about his movement. More his reaction. You can see he moved and got in position but for some reason reacted to the shot really late. It could actually be that he wasn't expecting that elevation off a bad angle like that.

Normally I'd disagree but in a year where there is no consensus on the #1 pick I don't think I could stand people complaining about the choice for the next 5+ years
I'd love to get the 1st pick and trade down to like 4 or 5 if another team was salivating over Power
I'd see what I could get to trade down a couple spots. There's got to be SOME team in the top 5 that would be willing to give up a 2nd or 3rd rounder to control their draft destiny.
I absolutely LOVED Ruff's presser. He has no clue if he is going to be here next year yet he is sticking up for his guy. Say what you want about a lot of things but this team has a TON of dog in it and it really shows even though we lost. The players aren't happy they lost and clawed back within one on a night the goalies played like shit. I actually could not be happier with how they fought back and pushed after getting the doors blown off in the first two periods.
Bastian had a sick tip and way to lay out Letang, keep playing like that and he can keep the nickname Nasty. Oh my sweet Swiss prince captain, if he doesn't hit the post its a goal. Sharangovich, man the nuts on this guy to make Letang his little bitch and score a sick shorty. Jack I f***ing LOVE his attitude, if no one has watched his presser please do, this kid has literally everything you want in a hockey player and I will fight anyone that say otherwise. Nolan scored one of the more impressive goals of this season imo, yes he was open, but catching a puck with speed on it like that while skating hard on your forehand isn't easy to do and he ripped it top titty. Last but not least Andreas "MANGO" Johnsson, sorry excuse me, MR ELITE GOAL SCORER Andreas "MANGO" Johnsson. Man what can't this guy do, of f***ing everything but score from behind the net. Ya this would definitely be ideal, though I think a team trying to move up to 1 would probably be trying to pick Beniers
I would rather pick 2nd have someone take Hughes and see if we have anyone willing to trade up that leaves us in a position to get Clarke or Power.

I think I'd take Clarke. Seems to be somewhere between Power and Hughes both offensively and defensively.
As I've said before, I'm a huge believer in tiers, and it seems like the top 7 or so are pretty much in the same tier. Instead of splitting hairs I'd rather take the position of need.
