I remember you didn't have all the best players there, but I don't remember why? Both Czech Republic and Russia had their A teams I believe, why not Slovakia?

Statistically speaking, these prospects aren't too bad. But they still don't come that close to the Czech players. The only really intrigueing ones are the young defenseman

yes, especially Samuel Knazko born 2002, having 1 point per 2 games as a defenseman playing against 2-3 years old enemies is unbelievable, cant imagine myself doing this :D

No longer a ''player testing'' tournament, this one has the best possible roster and thus I thought it deserved to be posted, it should be good indication of what players are in the race for the U18 WJC. Not sure why is Skarek missing, Jihlava probably didn't allow him to go.
I am very interested to see who makes the WJC team from NA/U17 (Kondelik should be lock)

Didn't find any. Yes team is looking very, it will be even better with Skarek and Kondelik. I hope some U17 player makes it, it's always fun to follow underage players. (Lauko seems like the most likely to make it)

EDIT: Forgot to mention, only 4 players in that U18 roster haven't played in a pro league yet. (Przybyla, J. Svoboda, Vomacka, Patera)

Thats incredible... good sign for the future of Czech hockey. Lehner is really trying to push those young guys into the Extra league!

Hopefully it's a start of a ''new'' trend rather than just a result of strong generation. Also speaking of pro league, another U18 player Radim Salda will likely make his debut in Extraliga today.

???

Why only 8 forwards?

Seems like 13 to me.

U18 in Sweden

Is s..t. Medal of Slovakia? Nope, I do not recognize that team. Deployment, quality, everything far worse than HC.
