Explains why he's not on the roster.

Colorado College is NCAA division 3. Had to walk in at his own expense.

Hopefully they at least let him use team towels.
These are probably the more entertaining bits so I made them separate short videos:

White team features PoJ and Hayton. Soderstrom is on the red team.

Although CC is Div 3, their men’s hockey is Div 1.
Believe he originally committed to BU?
He also played for USNTDP a few years back.

Let's make him an emergency ten-day contract one day this season! Get the good vibes flowing, some local media coverage, history-making future trivia answer for TSN's broadcast crew, etc.

Are they all still there?

Still nervous... Even if they say the add to the Kconn-trade was a third...

CC is a D1 program. They play in the NCHC against Denver, Miami (OH), Minnesota Duluth, Nebraska Omaha, North Dakota, St. Cloud State, and Western Michigan. Most of those teams recruit well so CC is playing a tough schedule every year,
Haven't produced a whole lot in terms of NHL talent but Jaden Schwartz, Jacob Slavin, and Curtis McElhinney all played there.

Whoops!!.... the school itself is listed as an NCAA DIII school on Wikipedia. Shouldn't have presumed all the programs were that level.

Yeah, I think hockey is a little like lacrosse where there are enough small schools that transition up to the D-I level in some sports, but not in others. Examples include Johns Hopkins, Bellarmine, and Jacksonville. I don't think any are above FCS division in football, and Hopkins is D-III in all sports except men's and women's lacrosse.

You can tell our prospect cupboard is a little on the boring side .... in other years past, there were pages and pages in the thread of excited fans reporting on our new draftees ..
