Exactly. If the premise is to limit gatherings, well then, allow restaurants to have tables for two. 90% of them followed the rules and are being punished because a few turds allowed large groups to sit together. Way to go, geniuses, you're responsible for shutting down your entire sector.

Goddammit... I love getting work done at cafes and breakfast restaurants, and now that's unavailable. I love my fam, but they're all working from home and I need an occasional break.

I guess they can’t.
As for why, well, you already answered that in the same paragraph.

2 is stupid. One visitor, and you can’t even drink! No room for the designated driver! Unless you call an Uber, which defeats the purpose, and then some.

So, no drinking ... let’s play charades or monopoly or risk! Awesome with 2 people!

it should be 4.

Hein?

I meant, the visitor can’t drink ... seeing how they arrive alone and have to get themselves back home.

Oh, you meant the visitor can't get drunk...
I thought you meant that the visitor can't drink because drinking leads to increased bathroom usage.

We all know the toilet-paper cartel created this virus hoax to spike demand in their product, while using it to implant 5G chips in our butts. Diabolical.

It has already started for toilet paper, the entire shelves were empty at Zehrs yesterday. I couldn't believe my eyes.

Can someone explain this to me?

People can still protest as long as they wear a mask but I can't have a few friends or family over?

What if I have a bunch of people over in my backyard for a "protest"?

Protesting is a basic right as per the charter.

What if you purposely break the rules for some weird spiteful reason? Well, honestly, if you do that it kind of makes you an asshole. Childish at best.

Protesting is not breaking the rules.

Have some protest signs next to chairs, to peacefully protest the government's handling of the virus. It's a basic right as per the charter.

I follow all the rules. You should be blaming all those party-goers KrissE and others know. And those of you going out to bars, clubs, restaurants, having friends over. The large groups of protestors, shoppers, people that use public transportation, students...pretty much everyone in the city but me actually.

believe me i do to. Sorry i might have come out directly hard, but it is frustrating to keep listening to each idiot trying to find loophole while lives and livelihood are at stake. And dont get me started on partyers/bars/clubs. FFS escort companies still operating in the city.

Pretty sure seeing your siblings is just as much as a basic right.

For the record, so those making assumptions just because I have theories concerning asymptomatics or increased testing, can stop trying to portray me as a hoaxer...

I haven't seen any family member outside my wife and kid since this started.

I haven't seen any friends since this started.

I locked down harder than anyone I know.

I went out to restaurants twice after things re-opened, both times distanced on a terrace, to appease my wife. No other entertainment outside the house.

I wear masks and use hand sanitizer or gloves for all of my shopping, which i do alone.

I wear a mask at work.

I'm not getting anyone sick.
