In 4 of those losses he had a save percentage of 92.7 percent or better and allowed no more than 2 goals. He wasnt really even playing that poorly during his roughest stretch
Nothing against Columbus, but can they go on a run and leave that ****ing cannon in a soundproofed bunker.Such a likeable team overall. Would love to see them go on a deep run this year. Let's hear that cannon!
I think the amount of effort he put into re-signing him was about the same amount of effort I put into hitting the snooze button in the morning.*But still tried to.
Just wanted to put it in perspective that Jarmo did in fact try to re-sign Bob at least two separate times.
The cannon cannot be so easily contained.Nothing against Columbus, but can they go on a run and leave that ****ing cannon in a soundproofed bunker.
Cool?Florida 1 pt back Leafs 2 games at hand on Leafs. If Bob shat the bed then Anderson owns the bed.
That's going to be a battle with Sullivan and Pittsburgh IMO. Not content with being our closest rival geographically, they also opted to be our closest rival in somehow succeeding through injuries with guys you've never heard of as well.Doesn’t make much sense but props to them. Torts running away with Jack Adams.
The Sharks.Only team to beat Columbus in regulation for last 2 months is?
How about last 63 days? Once again a ******ed statistic.
Two things I was incredibly wrong about. The drafting of PLD and hiring Torts.Remember when he was criticized for drafting PLD over fellow Finn Puljujarvi? Good times.
Such a likeable team overall. Would love to see them go on a deep run this year. Let's hear that cannon!
Seeing bob play like trash before and after torts makes me conclude that he was a product of the cbj system. Elvis and korpi might be as well but they're sure as hell cheaper. Well played jackets. Wish they got assets for bob though.
Yup. And I'd like to correct myself. Bob had a few good seasons before torts while on the jackets...but I think I remember cbj being defensively sound for a while.I really hope Bob serves as a major warning sign for managers in the future, no matter how desperate they are.
