Since it was Strombo wearing the bands shirt, it's gonna be a Winnipeg punk band circa 2000-2004. Very few had any national attention, unless it was one of CBG's projects? Driver? Vanderveen? I would't call either punk though.

The obvious guess is Propagandhi. If so I'm in possession of the whole discography up to 2009. Harry Chan's record & cd collection has been collecting dust in my basement since he moved to Vancouver.
