That was a pretty extraordinary gut check game for the Sharks there. Losing Simek like that and having to play 5 d-men most of the game against a very good team like the Jets on the back end of a back-to-back. So naturally, they will lose on Thursday to Florida. lol

Playing a team that is on a back-to-back on the road without two of its really important players. And then they also lost one of their solid D-men early in the game too. I am still pretty upset about Simek. Really like the guy and he has played so hard this year. Terrible to go down like that.

I almost passed out from that goal. That's never happened before... lol. What a gutsy win tonight. Deck was stacked against a great Winnipeg team, but we still generated a great deal of zone time and got the W. Dell made the saves despite a few bad bounces. Hopefully Simek's injury isn't too bad.
