Can you imagine where we'd be if bonehead Berube was still behind the bench?

Even worse imagine his boring use of Ghost :shakehead.

So happy we have Hak right now, even though he makes some weird moves. He's clearly winning.

Trust me... Hak makes nowhere near as many weird moves as Freddy 'Fog' Shero did... I just hope that his pan out just as well as Freddy's did. ;)

6 more points all but guarantees us a spot, especially with a win against Detroit.

I think even 5 more (2-3-1) makes it almost certain.

If the Flyers end with 94pts and 38 ROW:

Boston will have to go 3-2-0
Detroit will have to go 3-1-1

and they play each other once more before the season ends!

with all their wins in regulation/OT for them to both pass a 94pt, 38 ROW Flyers.

Sportsclubstats now have it at:

Flyers: 88.4% chance of playoffs
Boston: 73.6% chance of playoffs
Detroit: 38.5% chance of playoffs

It is amazing that with just one Point separating the Wings from the Bruins, the percent Odds are that great... and with them both on a downward spiral... Must be their respective schedules' difficulty and their and Home/Away records. Personally, I would have guessed that the Wings would have a better shot at the PostSeason than the Bruins.

... Possibly the fact that they face both the Flyers and the Bruins is also a key????

3-3 gets the Flyers into the playoffs IMO

Both Detroit and Boston have very tough games Friday. We could get a potential stranglehold on the situation, if they both lose, if we win Saturday.

the other stat that I can't believe is a possiblity, the goal differential. flyers are now -2 for the year. det is -14

This was not the case only until very recently either. I remember the Wings being positive and the Flyers below -10 only a couple weeks ago.
