I think If the Bruins could land him, all they would need to do is add that scoring winger(Dzingel/Silverberg) and when Pittsburgh knocks out Tamps in the first round, get the duck boats ready.

I could see JFK being moved if they pick up a third line center with term like Pageau. Since you still have Frederic and Studnicka. On Pageau, maybe because he seems to score against the Bruins but i assumed he was top 6, but his numbers are definitely third line. If he can be our third line center and also play wing if need be next year, I'm fine with it. Don't want to have to trade for a third line center now, and then have to go out and get another in the summer anyway.

He’s had a couple great playoff runs but I don’t watch him enough to get an idea how he’d be for us. Definitely an upgrade to what we have now. His stats in the last 5 games aren’t bad at all.

I have.He looked good game I watched.Got robbed twice right on doorstep on tips.I view him as a move you make after big aquisitions are made though.Top 6 player should be main target.

Brian Hayward the Ducks color analyst was just on NHL radio and he figured anyone without a NMC / NTC could be made available. Don't know how close he is to Murray but he also said Murray has had a lot of Dialogue with different GMs for some time now.

It's well over 99%. When was the last time a player for player trade was even made by Sweeney?

There's 100s of posts every day on a topic about something that happens only at the deadline and we're usually fleeced in the process.

The Sens committed to a date when they would make it known whether Duchene and Stone would be available. Do I recall correctly that they said it would be ten days before the deadline?

What do we think the cost for Pageau will be? Cannot be high. It should not cost JFK or Frederic or any of Donato, Bjork etc. maybe Zboril.
