I'd rather break my arms a thousand times than get a concussion, personally.
Amen to that.

Head injuries terrify me. My dad died from one.

Sounds like this isn't his dominant hand which s even better.

As for Felger and Mazz, not everyone who falls has to be drunk.

Tendons in thumb after surgery take up to 12 weeks to heal and up to 6 months to get full range of motion back.In some cases they never get full range of motion back.I googled it

That is true. Would have been better if he broke the bone. Hand tendons injuries are a mess. Real bad luck...

Ive had the injury and the surgery. It's on his top hand so it's not too bad. For sure it will never be the same but the job of the top hand is basically to hold the stick. You do put a bit of torque on the inside of the thumb when you shoot but it's tolerable. By playoff time it should be fine.
