Why would Chicago trade rutta before manning ? Rutta comes off the books this year, Chicago needs cap space and acquiring gagner doesnt give them flexibility keeping manning.

Whatever your smoking put it down and get yourself some help. Not sure what hawks games you watched but schmaltz is not a top 6 center or player and he has regressed period.

Right now? No. 2+ years ago? He was projecting to be that, and had a 50+pt season last year as our 2nd line C. We are not talking about now though, we are talking about when Panarin was traded.

Schmaltz was in and out of the line up when panarin was here and sent back down for more training, plus his cap hit was 975000 it's a entry level contract nothing to do with affecting the cap. And his past accomplishments , don't give him a pass when he is in a contract year looking for 7 million and not performing,
