Sorry, can't see why anyone will continue to make excuses for this guy. He made numerous lazy plays again including the empty net goal. His attitude on the ice needs to go. Need more guys who play with passion. Get a top 4 D for him and we are much better off. Moore looks better than him and has half the talent.

He didn’t have a great game tonight by any metric, but if somebody was to make an objective list of what went wrong tonight there’s no way he’s be near the top.

If you really think that Nylander goes before the leafs shop Brown, Zaitzev, or Marleau you got to look into this team more. Cap is going up and we got more entry level contracts that can come up and replace guys above to alleviate some of the cap strain.
