I am kind of surprised at how far some of these guys let themselves go after hockey. I know people that are just regular weight and have never had any health issues, eat pretty well, and have had minor heart attacks or bigger ones and needed a stent. OT , I know. I know genetics have a role too.

As pro athletes they eat a lot and well cause they burn it off. They retire keep eating what their used to and eat the foods they couldn't while playing

Yes, I get that (Consuming more calories than burning). It's not that many from what I have seen from a lot of former athletes. It's guys like Tkachuk I really notice lol

Most media has the share option too. I find this easier anyway no need to copy anything. Just click and paste. Anyway both ways work!
