Nah, he's just St Matthews. You can enjoy your player without him being McDavid.Matthews is the new McJesus.

Matthews pace: 43g/84pts in 68 games....LEGEND
C'mon the bum can't even hit 70 points, that's when he becomes a true generational player. Can someone lead me to the sarcasm emoji? LOL
I remember a time when the Leafs were foolish for taking Matthews over the Finns.Moved on from Laine I see ....
2. Domi 3. TuckerI assumed you had to be wrong and Selanne must have been 1st (i was wrong, 2nd), I saw Gretz needed 145 for 100, and only 97 more for his next 100. Holy ****ing **** was he an animal.
And yes, Matthews is outstanding. 3rd Leaf ever that I don't have any hate for.
Curious as to how they determine this statistic. There seems to be a number of players in the early days of the NHL who have done it faster but they aren't included on these lists. On TSN this morning they showed that Reg Noble reached 100 career goals after 112 GP.Mike Bossy, Gretzky is third,
Honestly this is probably not his best goal but it's perhaps my favourite. The way he's able to roof the puck up that quickly and that tight in a huge game was awesome. So what's the Best One?
The price goal?
To me its unparalleled in any sport. Only one that maybe comes close is Tiger Woods IMO.Gretzky’s sheer dominance over his peers is unparalleled in hockey.

Nah now he can get #102, 103 and 104 against themAs a Leafs and Matthews fan this is the first time I'll have to say it's sad to see Matthews score. Would've been way more special to see Matthews score his 100th career goal next game in Arizona.
I think he should have gotten the 100th sooner. That second leaf goal looks like it was his. MAF kicked it in after it hit the post.
Ok. I thought it hit the post. Gotta watch that again. It was going wide until it hit Marleau.
My favorite was in I think Game 6 against the Caps when the puck kicked off the boards and he kind of cradled it and went top cheese.Honestly, goal #2 for me.
