Question on pick swaps...

Obviously not allowed if one team has already picked a player. Is it allowed if one team is on the clock?

No, except for say the Top 5 since they're like immediately on the clock right now or soon.

Let's not drag this. Swap soon (48h or so?) or never.

I don’t mind 17 and 35. Not sure what my co-GM is thinking though. I’ll have to wait to talk to him and see what he thinks about our positions.

For some reason my brain confused the two scenarios and it thought doing the order based on the original list would enabled GM to trade out of their division. Not sure how it managed to do that but it did.

I think this only applies to like 2 people but I’m willing to trade down from 37 if you’re interested in a very small bump up.

Also willing to trade up from 10 if anyone wants to move down a bit.
I wouldn't hate trading from 8 to 10. Don't see a whole lot of value difference between those picks (I can see myself cussing myself out for this decision when you take who I wanted at 10 at 8).

edit: wimping out. Going to keep 8 unless someone wants to move out of top 6.

I’m mildly disappointed that the Maple Leafs and IceCaps ended up in separate conferences, as did the Mariners and Cee Bees, but at least there’s a dim chance of an all-St. John’s or all-rural Newfoundland Final!

I apologize if I missed it- what’s the play-off format?

We can still discuss it, but as of now business as usual.

Since there's 8 divisions of 5, in each division the following could happen:

5th is eliminated, then 1st vs. 4th, 2nd vs. 3rd, then "1st" vs. "2nd", then the divisional winners embark on a normal bracket of 8 teams left.

But we can debate this as the draft is ongoing. The draft is going to be very long.
