Coyle had 5 SCF tonight and 2 HDCF just fyi. But whatever.

2 iSCF, 2 iHDCF.

Stone currently at 1 each.

So that makes the total 17, 9 in 5.33~ games for Stone 10. Eight in 8 games for Coyle.

Totally the same level of contributions.

And would be better with a Stone than a Coyle.

I was just looking at the box score for the Leafs Oilers game....the Leafs had a 3-0 lead and gave up two goals at 18:21 and 19:07 in the third, wow, no mental toughness on that team.

It didn't look like a dirty play to me- caught Boychuk in the head, but he was looking to hit instead of be hit and Boychuk got low to go around him :dunno:

sorry, disagree, neither player were even on the puck yet, Voracek , very clearly looks behind him and does what he does. Voracek has always been one of those sneaky dirty players who rarely will answer the bell

Babcock often hailed as one of the best coaches in the game, I`ve never seen it, and one area he`s not been able to improve upon is the Leafs play in their own zone. Their goals against are generous only because they are so often bailed out by Andersson

Oh and Babcock playoff record last 10 years or so

1 Cup final a decade ago

1 DNQ

3- 2nd round exits

5- 1st round exits

I think the Canadian Olympic dream teams are a big part of his reputation.

Decided to look at the leafs stats today and something that stuck out was Matthews is a -2 on a pretty good leafs team, most other players on the team are double digit + while some are even near +30.

Not trying to hi-jack or derail this thread, but the leafs are 33-0-1 when leading after 2. Closing out games has been the least of their problems.

Two things, a) Notice how many Leafs specific threads we do not have here and b) Notice Bruins fans don't feel the need to defend their team by invading the 5-6 Bruins specific threads on your board. Do these things, and you will learn a little something about forum etiquette. That is all.
