Holy shit. Man.. If anyone here played defense, you already know the stress right at the blue line. Most of us dmen just dump it back in or go safely to the boards. ELITE players are able to do what that video shows. That is NOT easy. I mean we would legit spend 20 minutes working on edges picking a puck up off the board and rotating to the middle of the ice. That shit is so difficult.
