Aberg with a goal last night against the Sharks
Aberg with a goal last night against the Sharks
Does anyone else think Vancouver is sneaky good this year? Let that group get older and gel some more and I think they’ll be a marginal playoff team, perhaps a wildcard.
Aberg with another- 4 goals in 2 games.
Unreal- lol
Carolina's weakness remains in goal where they have no one that can count on to make a big save.

Not that I'm surprised but 6 central teams playing tonight and it looks like at least 5 will win..
That guy is a strange story. He's 30, taller than Rinne, hasn't been in the NHL since 2010 I believe, was 22-4-1 in the KHL last year, and perhaps the weirdest thing..... wears number 19. Odd for a goalie.Oilers may have finally done something good that they didnt have to tank/win the draft lottery to do.. that new Finnish backup goalie that beat us shut out the Hawks last night..
Fair, but if I want to question a goalie's record I'll just judge what his SV% is/was. .937, pretty good stuff.I keep seeing the media hype up this guy's 22-4-1 record last year in the KHL. They conveniently forget the team is he played for was 47-5-3!!! He split time with another goalie who has an equally ridiculous record, GAA and SV %. That said I hope he works out for the Oilers. Enough is enough for that franchise. That city deserves to see some good hockey teams. McDavid is the best player in the world and inept management are wasting years of his greatness.
