Warriors NBA just did something like this and they have a wait list of about 50,000 for season tickets and their pass doesn;t have any access to visually "see" anything, just to have access to facilities. Seems to be less attendance based and more of how much money they can squeeze out of something. I see a lot more teams doing this, monthly fee for access to arenas restaurants/bars etc.

i wonder if this is a way around "hockey revenue" terminology in the CBA
