Sounds like a decent sized deal coming between Rangers and Blues according to Seravalli.

If NYR traded for Tarasenko on 2/9 - does that mean Patrick isn’t going to be traded? I’d have thought they’d only pivot away from him if he’s not available.

If wrong's are becoming rights do Morrissey, Pastrnak, Marner, Oettinger, Q Hughes and Suzuki become Coyotes?

Blues fan here with a question.

We acquired NYR's 2024 3rd (4th conditional) in the trade for Tarasenko.

Y'all acquired the NYR's 2024 3rd or 2026 2nd in the Nemeth trade.

Has your team decided on which pick they want from that trade? The 2024 3rd or the 2026 2nd?

Thanks!

EDIT: Yotes have selected the 2026 2nd.

Yes. Gave him 8 games then dumped him for free to the Leafs.
We were going to put him on waivers anyway. Dubas found out about it and knew he'd get claimed before the Leafs had a shot at acquiring him so he called Armstrong and dealt that giant to us for him that's not doing anything in Tucson.

Conor Timmins with a goal.....cue the naysayers for the Coyotes failure to accurately assess the significant importance of retaining this 7/8 depth dman.

Timmins has been a healthy scratch for 4 out of the last 6...he's not an NHL quality Dman. These guys are dime a dozen, and we shouldn't worry about it because he wasn't worth anything.

Friedge saying that Minnesota is shopping Jordan Greenway. I think we might have a bag of pucks available to send them, right? I'd kinda like to pick him up.

Is 2 yrs for $2.2 mil the going rate for a healthy scratch? I need a new career.

I have no idea what to think about Greenway...as long as we didn't give up anything (2nd rounder or better), I'm ok w/picking him up and giving him a whirll.

I really like Bjugstad, and really hope that we can resign him in the off-season.

Guessing Friedman had some Intel on this Leafs/Blues trade as he spoke of this scenario on 32 Thoughts today.
