Not going to lie, when I first heard of hockey coming to Vegas I thought it wouldn't work out and there would be barely any support for the Golden Knights. Pretty neat to see how that city has embraced the game of hockey (I guess having a dominant hockey team also helps)

I think it also helps that Vegas is a pretty good tourist attraction so they'll always have people looking for tickets. And those people going are usually pretty rowdy and into the game.

For the first year or so for sure. But doubtful after that if the team was like a traditional expansion team.

Many a player has said it's the best place to play when the team is winning, and that you basically don't go out of the house when they are losing. Some players thrive on that, others crumble.

I was in Vegas during stanley cup finals when they made it for other reasons than hockey, but it was pretty electric around town.

I was passing through during that time as well and decided to spend the night and grab a ticket and went to a game by myself - had a great time!!
