I know this might be redundant because good teams usually have good stats, but Flames have lost by more than 2 goals only 2 times this season; 9-1 to Pittsburgh and one 3 goal loss. Meaning that when Flames lose, it's usually a tight game

Now I'm gonna go and check what it looks like for other top teams

Tampa has 7-1 loss against Arizona, and 4 games lost by 3 goals or more. Other top teams seem to have a lot more "big" losses.
