With 40 arbitration’s scheduled but only 7 actually making it to arbitration...it makes me wonder how the arbitrator gets paid.

Does he/they get paid for all 40 or just the 7 that had a hearing?

He needs to go to the arbitrator's arbitrator to settle this issue...
