The skill is definitely there. The only thing that's frustrated me with him today is that he's not really engaged in board battles. He's skates in there and tries to fish the puck out with his stick, but he never goes all in using his body.

I’ve said from day one he’s a better NHL player then AHL player. He’s very smart, he needs to play with skill.
