Walker should be moved no doubt. I hope Hanifin resigns and Tanev goes on vacation around TDL. Walker has had a very good season.

Ironic.....Torts said Tippett is one of those players that develops on his own..

The Flyers are one of the 2 or 3 most likely teams to go to the finals right now from the Eastern conference, and they should think they are. They get every goal and save when they need it. They play 60 minutes every game almost without exception. Every player has bought in. The coaching staff outside of the power play have been excellent. And the teams behind them who are supposed to be better are just not putting together, some of them specifically because of goaltending, which they don’t seem to be capable of addressing. There’s no evidence right now that this doesn’t continue. Just re-sign Walker and Seeler, and make Bonk and Andrae and Attard if that’s still a thing take the job away.

The prior game, Tortorella said something that seemed master of the obvious but it was foretelling. The words were (paraphrasing) "If he gets more of those shot attempts on net, he'll score more goals."

I have pretty much accepted that this is simply an upside-down, gonzo season -- Your first-place Vancouver Canucks!! -- and try to enjoy wins.

He said it tonight again as well after the other statement about developing on his own. It is always important to recognize those who need the mental space to create on their own and not be micromanaged. I hope he means it.
