I like Dellandrea also. First spotted him in Top Prospect Game. Unless Wise is still there at 35. Like to get at least 1 d-man in second round. Sandlin or Miller, or even a Beaudin if they are still there. Nordgren I like also.

Here are guys ranked from 20-62 based on the average of 17 of the better draft ranking sources. It will change slightly when final rankings come in but I have been doing this for several years and the top 60 are fairly reliable. There will be movement in the top 60 but only be handful that are off the board picks. Should give us a decent perspective of who will be available.

All the guys that the analysts were surprised weren't taken that night in round 1, and that teams drafting late in the first would later regret not taking.

Just some of the players that I like that could be available at one of our 2nds, whether earlier or later.

Jack McBain... sounds like the name of a 1980's action star.

I like it!

As long as we get 3-4 serviceable players in the second round, we will be good if we provide good development. We need a good second round to fill up our cupboard.

I don’t know any of the names being posted here, but I appreciate the input of people here who do.

I’d pick exclusively centres and pmd with all 4 2nd round picks. We’ll likely be getting a sick winger with our first to add to Chucky, Drouin, Gally, Lehkonen and Scherbak. We have plenty of depth at wing. Time to add centres and D to the pool. Seriously, can a team have too many Center and D prospects? Worst case scenario is youbtrade them for even more assets in the future. That’s what successful teams do.

Hopefully this will be in addition to whichever center/pmd we get in the 1st from trading Patches. Hence why he’s not on the above list of wingers.

Thomas i can understand, hes going to get picked high and value might not be there, similar for Khovanov... but Fonstad? Cmon.

Khovanov is a wildcard. He could go anywhere and he was touted as a top 5 pick talent wise, who get Hepatitis and clearly struggled to get back into game shape/speed with everyone else. He could be a potential steal and I hope the Habs do their homework on him.
