A bit of a dud to end it, but what a great season. Notwithstanding Lewis putting it away early, almost every race brought a different and fun mid-field battle. Can't wait for 2021. Looking forward to seeing McLaren back with Mercedes power.

Not really sure how RP choked P3 after the car they had this year.
That 15pts points penalty for copying Mercedes didn't help, but Stroll had 57 points after Monza. The remaining 9 races (albeit he missed one due to COVID-19, reliability issues and got punted off a couple times) he had 18 points. Even with some of those races it wasn't his fault that he didn't get to score points, that's still really bad in the third best car on the grid.

Meanwhile Perez was Mr. Consistency, apart from the two races he missed due to COVID-19 and two races ended with a blown engine, outside of those four races he always finished with points. That's 13 out of 17 races he finished at the very least 10th (twice). Perez also scored 83 points post Monza.

Tbh it's now a case of picking the lesser of two evils, and I would rather have it be EA over 2k.
I'd rather have a game where I didn't have to pay extra to unlock the second half of the season/upgrading team in career mode/new drivers for my team.

For sure, but the 2k way would be that we start career mode and online at 50 overall and without paying it would take around 4 seasons and probably hundreds of online races to level up and make the game enjoyable.

But there would be some insane storyline that involves a prologue and epilogue and no lie....I'd kinda like that.

But then the gameplay would truly start and I'd put my console into Lake Ontario.

The year is 2020. People haven't shaved in months. People don't know what their loved ones look like anymore. Nobody has worked from their office since March. The most ridiculous election in history has finally ended. Robert Kubica and Fernando Alonso participate in a "Young Drivers" test.

For anyone wanting to feel old, he's the first driver in F1 to be born in the 2000s.

Frank Williams has been admitted to hospital. Not much is known but they say he's stable.

Almost like he was living for that team.
