This is the same question I have, and I assume the answer is yes. I think it does.

I’m frankly not sure if anyone will claim him. $20m over the next 4 years for a 3c on the downswing is a tough sell in a flat cap and covid world.

Id take him on a 1 year deal for low money since he is better than JTC, but there’s a lot of other guys that are better fits that I’d try before going down that road.
