Certainly looks bad, but try to stay hopeful. I've seen plenty of things that look awful end up not being that bad. So, plan for the worst, hope for the best.

My first thought was the knee cap, that's what did in Stefan Cherneski. But that was like 20 years ago. Second thought was that impact was so awkward, that could be a hip injury. Either one is a six foot poop hoagie.

For real.

What happened to Cody Glass a few weeks ago looked way worse, he ended up being okay.

The lack of immediate update makes me less optimistic though.

Not going to panic over this. There are lots of thing it could be and most of them are not a catastrophic injury. It looked like he was able to protect himself for the most part as he went in.

I think I’m changing the name as Rongomania is now truly running wild and completely out of hand.

Prayin’ for the best, our luck says the worst though, I’m sure.

Seems a bit concerning that either the Rangers know whats wrong and don’t want to disclose, or they have no idea and are trying to find out

Can’t be a good sign either way

Well if there is any decent amount of swelling they might have to wait to get mri done on the knee. Sucks to wait but that might have to happen if they are waiting for mri just to be sure no soft tissue damage

If you take a hard knock and swell up, sometimes they have to wait for the swelling to subside before they can do any imaging a make a final diagnosis.
