Serious question, not a snarky reply, isn’t this what you would want in a bridge to hart? It would be great if were only 1 or 2 years left or less money, sure.Trading for Quick would be stupid as hell. Four+ years of him at 5.8 million is something they would be regretting by year three.
If you think Quick has 2-3 good years left that would line up with Hart being ready to take over full time when he is 22-23 y/o.
How many years before they would have to pay Hart a big pay day? Right around when Quick is coming off the books?
Unless Quick is shot now. Hopefully, having the King’s former goalie coach may give them insight into what he has left.
