The order can be swapped around by someone who follows our prospects more closely but roughly.

1) Tippett
2) Denisenko
3) Borgstrom
4) Heponiemi
5) Noel
6) Montembeault
7) Gildon
8) Ang
9) Stillman
10) Hawrlyuk/Hunt
Pretty much, but Borgstrom is definitely top on the list right now, for this season anyways.

Hello fellas!

I picked Panthers in a Mock GM game. I'd really appreciate your help! Could some of you give a list of top 10 prospects you currently have in the system that aren't playing in the NHL yet? Thank you so much.
1) Tippett
2) Heponiemi
3) Denisenko
4) Gildon
5) Montembeault
6) Noel
7) Stillman
8) Ang
9) Pu
10) Nassen
I excluded; Borgstrom, Hawryluk and Hunt because they played a lot in the NHL last season.

4) Heponiemi
5) Gildon
6) Montembeault
7) Stillman
8) Bednard
9) Ang
10) Keeper/Kinnunen

I like this one the best but would Keeper higher.

Man I would draft nothing but goalies and the biggest guys possible in the last 2 or 3 rounds in hope they can materialize...

Nitpicking here but know you'd do the same, some of the rows titles don't match the column info :neener:

It appears that Gildon will be joined at Development Camp by his second-half of the year defensive partner at UNH, Anthony Wyse.

Wyse is a senior to be and there was a LOT of talk that he might forgo his final season at UNH and turn pro. He is rumored to have had a few opportunities and I wouldn’t be surprised if FLA was one of them. They would certainly see quite a bit of Wyse while monitoring Gildon. Both regularly pushed 28- to 30-minutes a night for a shallow and often injury depleted UNH blue line...

Wyse is a really big (6-3, 225), but fairly athletic defense first type who makes a good first pass and who’s skating and handling of the puck has consistently improved. He could probably be more of an offensive factor, at the college level, than he chooses to be but he tends to defer that role to others while focusing on being a stopper on his own blue line...

His future as a pro depends entirely on further developments of his skating and whether he uses his size more to his advantage. He’s not super physical nor mean - but that might have more to do with the Oly ice at UNH. While made for a kid like Gildon I’m not sure it does Wyse the same favor.

He’s older (‘96 birth year), but there might be something there and he will certainly get an ELC from someone at the end of next season...

FYI, with the return of both Gildon and Wyse (as well as two other D attending development camps this week), two drafted goalies competing for time and the further development/age-advancement and/or return to health of some talented offensive forwards this could be the year UNH finally has the depth and depth of talent to take a real step towards being competitive again...

It may not last past this season - based on end of year departures and future classes - but, it should give Gildon a nice platform in what has to be his college finale...
