Norris isn't signed right now, he's a College player.

He's also not that kind of prospect unless we force him for the sake of optics. On most (probably all) top NHL affiliated prospect lists, he is not ranked. He's like a Chlapik tier prospect, but not as far along in his development.

Agreed about taking it slow with Tkachuk. He and his buddy Logan can learn the pro game together. Balcers wouldn't have any pressure in Ottawa, what with being a 21 year old Latvian 5th round pick who no one knows anything about.
