I mean, Vegas and CBJ clearly got better. Winnipeg got marginally better. Nashville probably got a *bit* better. SJ added a guy but probably isn't much more than replacement level.

Still - kind of interesting that all of the moves happened out west.

Not like fan approval matters, he has the results. With their playstyle all you need is plugs on defense anyways.

Erne has a better Points/60 than Simmonds and is better defensively, and Erne only got PP time when Palat went down earlier in the season.

He has the results, but he's also had many iffy moments as a GM. I'll give him credit for getting the Pens over the hump, but I don't feel that makes him the best.

Poile meanwhile, pulled off two more heists today. Still put him and SY in the top tier.
