I do too, but don't count on it.
Either way he needs to at least try to play the style he played before, instead of slowly skating by looking to pass it to someone. He seemed to avoid being near the net the same way Fowler has been avoiding the physical side of the game since coming back.

This isn't remotely true. His backchecking sucked and his board work (which was never great anyway) suffered, but he was always going to the net. He was more slow to get there than before. He's the one guy we had (other than Kesler) you could actually count on to do it.

If his board work was never good then almost the whole league isn't very good along the boards

what's the point in bringing back Perry for a couple of months at this point? we're not a playoff team with or without him, so just bench him and let him get some real rest.
