With so many injuries, I am surprised there isn’t more action in this thread. Is it a result of how little information the organization releases?

Injuries
Shaw
Weber
Danault
Hemsky
Anyone else?

Price. Concussion along with unspecified lower body issues which have unfortunately been rather frequent since the Kreider assault.

More excuses material for the great Marc Bergevin end of season presser.

"Hard to win without your number one goalie and your number one defenseman."
"You are aware that this team was dwelling in the basement long before those players were injured for an extended period of time?"
"Das second-guessing"

Bergevin will say that before Pacioretty and Mete injuries the team still had a chance to make the playoffs.

I nailed it a few weeks ago with Max ''TookAnArrowToTheKnee''.

Although, just like Jojo Savard, ''je ne l'avais pas vu venir'', or something along those lines...

A player fell on his leg in the Islanders game. Second period. It didn't look good at the time as his leg twisted first & then the player fell on it.

Legit injury. I was surprised he even attempted to try to continue in that game.

Not surprised about this news.

Too bad about Mete. He was looking really good & getting solid playing time.

Thats what I was thinking. Just so happens the heat is off of max who would have been eaten alive by the press by the end of the season. Mete helps to cover it because we can't concentrate on the single injury.
