I think that is a really good point about waiting to see what the new coaching staff can do with this line up before making any big changes.
Specifically, I am thinking of Hoffman. He had Boucher as his Coach in Junior and by all accounts, that went very well (52 goals in 62 games and a berth in the Memorial Cup for his team in 2009).
It would be wise to see how players react to the new system and everything. It's too bad for Chiasson and Wiercioch that they will not get that chance because I think that ship has sailed for those tow but I it will be interesting to see how it affects other players who seemed to underperform last year (Methot, Ryan, Z-bad).
