This may not be a popular choice but I think Freddy fits here. He may not be the flashiest but I think he is the safest bet to be an NHLer.

Bracco is undoubtedly talented, but I think this spot belongs to one of Percy, Harrington or Dermott.

Goin Percy.

Freddy the Gauthier.

Because he has franchise potential, even though he is unlikely to reach that level.
I would take Gauthier at equal point production over just about any player left on this list.
Others may outscore him in the NHL, but none have the complete impact he is capable of.

Same way that 80 points from Kopitar is very different than 80 points from Kessel.
Safe to say even 40 points from Kopitar is better than 80 from Kessel.
Even though he won't go #5 on this list, he really deserves to be in this next group.

I went with the 2014 SHL rookie of the year: Andreas Johnson.

Loov seems to have become accustomed to the smaller rink and put up a pretty good season for the Marlies. His upside projection might not be that high, but Loov has proven so much more than a lot of the guys listed here and it seems he can still get better. He's developed beyond expectations, and I think we might have yet another gem in our hands here.

Voted Johnson, think the upside is there vs a Percy or Gauthier, whether he reaches it is another story.

Went with Dermott. Higher upside than Percy imo and better chance to reach it than Bracco.

The fact that someone is going to likely win this poll with less than 30, perhaps less than 25% is remarkable.

The same way Biggs has franchise potential? Our imagination?
