Ouch, Brent Seabrook hasn't been exactly worth 6.875 lately. Completely lost again on that one goal yesterday.

A Stars v. Caps SCF might be pretty amazing
what a shootout goal by Barkov
Even when going 8-2-0 in our last 10, we have gained 1 point against the Hawks and Wild and 2 points on the Stars.
Damn difficult to make up ground.
It might be, but we'll never find out. With that joke of a division and getting to take the entire postseason off last year, LA is going to be so well rested for their SC run this year. They're gunna just be too much for the rest of the west once the tourney starts; unless CHI reinforces very well at the TDL and manages to build a third line around TT that's good enough for Shaw, Kruger and Garbutt to play together on the 4th, finds another top 4 dman...and Quenneville eventually blenders his way into using Dano & Hossa around Toews.
That's always the tough part because you can pass one team that's struggling but you'll never pass all teams because someone else is bound to be doing well. We just have to take it one team at a time, stay ahead of Winnipeg and look at Nashville who has gone 4-4-2 in their last 10.
The Habs really lost their lead, didn't they?

Nice to see Anaheim falter. I've been a Kesler hater for years. Now they have Bieksa and who knows, maybe Burrows one day as well.
Biased hatred aside, Kesler hasn't consistently produced offence since 2011. Even that year, Malhotra took the toughest matchups and Kesler feasted offensively vs non playoff teams and on the PP. VS playoff teams at 5v5 I wouldn't be surprised if his production is quite poor.
