-It's now official, but he was given a SPC rather than a PTO

-Wilkes-Barres have suspended Peter Mannino

Mannino is the second player on an AHL contract who fails the report to Wheeling this year. The other one was Stefan Chaput (originally signed by Hamilton).
According to their linkedin profiles, Hunter Tremblay (St.John's), Brian O'Hanley (San Antonio) and Scott Wietecha (Hershey) have retired.

It's highly probable that the remaining free agents have also retired : Joe Callahan (Abbotsford), David Laliberté (Adirondack), Bryan Haczyk (Albany), Brad Peltz (Binghamton), Brett Lebda (Binghamton), Olivier Fortier (Hamilton), Jon Kalinski (Hershey), Mike Montgomery (Houston), Mike Brodeur (Houston), Sean Lorenz (Houston), *Paul Mara (Houston), Patrick Rissmiller (Rochester) and Richard Petiot (St.John's).
It seems that Paul Mara wanted to have one last chance to play in the NHL but if it wasn't going to work out, he wasn't going to stay in the minors "forever".
Also, I believe that Sergei Kostenko (Hershey) is playing somewhere in Russia but I can't find any info about it.
