These guys play a violent game, on top of practicing a lot, traveling a lot, work out non stop, studying/meetings, and play through injuries most of the time. I don't care what anyone says, pro hockey players have a tremendous work load.Miners, roofers, bricklayers, steelworkers, commercial fisherman etc are worked to the bone. NHL players work hard when they are on the ice and are incredibly skilled at what they do, but they are also pampered, fed, massaged, doted upon and worshiped. Not ready to put them in the "worked to the bone" category.
You’re both right, it’s just a different type of “work”.These guys play a violent game, on top of practicing a lot, traveling a lot, work out non stop, studying/meetings, and play through injuries most of the time. I don't care what anyone says, hockey players have a tremendous work load.
I mean - we have a 3-0 lead, so if they want to play a 1-4 I say we let em.Feels like I haven't seen Kuch in awhile. Things have gotten very slow this period.
I'll compromise. They play to the bone. You’re both right, it’s just a different type of “work”.
Another stupid penalty.
I tell you what point has played unbelievable tonight...
