Miners, roofers, bricklayers, steelworkers, commercial fisherman etc are worked to the bone. NHL players work hard when they are on the ice and are incredibly skilled at what they do, but they are also pampered, fed, massaged, doted upon and worshiped. Not ready to put them in the "worked to the bone" category.
These guys play a violent game, on top of practicing a lot, traveling a lot, work out non stop, studying/meetings, and play through injuries most of the time. I don't care what anyone says, pro hockey players have a tremendous work load.

Not to mention 82 games a season THEN playoffs, which are extremely long and grueling.

You’re both right, it’s just a different type of “work”.

I tell you what point has played unbelievable tonight...

If anything this game really shows us how important Point is, Johnson is not a replacement for him.

I don't want to say "trade Johnson" but if we're tight on budget...
