Kessel is a Leaf. Tavares is an Islander. Consistency and impartiality are not one of the league's strong points.

Given the league's past favoritism towards the Rags and against the Isles, I'm guessing that had it been the other way around Hollweg would have gotten five games max, and that would only be if he actually managed to decapitate Simon.
