Impressed with too many players in the first period to mention them all. Haven't seen much of Ferland before today but I'm pleasantly surprised by his hands and hockey sense. Granlund seems to be everywhere. Also surprised by Ramage's willingness to lead the rush, he seems to be a great passer as well.

I wouldn't go that far, he's shown a good amount of skill. Poirier is the one I'd like to see more from.

It's strange, I expected a better game than this - the Oilers' defence prospects were pretty highly touted before the previous 20 minutes.

I guess there's 40 minutes left in the game and anything can happen, but this is pretty poor. Reminds me of the Stampeders' Labour Day Classic game. As much as I'd love to see a win, I also want to see a good game played by both teams and this is pretty embarrassing thus far.
