The 3rd line is definitely where things go awry. Tolchinsky is the guy I think they could really use as a surprise 20g+ scorer.

Re Ryan: He just led the SHL in scoring. That's not nothing. He hasn't failed in the NHL yet, he's only succeeded in Austria and Sweden. Let a man have a little optimism!

If we can get him on a nice contract, Santorelli would be a good pickup. He was picked up for $1.5m for 1 year on free agency last season. If we could get him for that, even at 2 years I'd be interested.

Add Another lefty D - Erhoff, Oduya..... Jackman and Meszaros are out because they cant play Faulk minutes anymore.
Add a gritty forward who is versatile.... Glencross, Vermette.

I think id try to add Glencross and Erhoff and call it a day.

I forgot who it was but one of Peters or Francis were quoted saying they didn't realize how bad the PK would be become after trading away both of these players.

The Wiz probably won't help in that regard...

If Francis can manage to resign both of these guys AFTER fielding McKeown, 1st, and a 4th, he'll be seen as a genius.
