Lol you're hilarious. Canucks pick is 11th right now and we lost 2/3 of our top line for a 4-6 weeks.

Your sad attempts to try to salvage high value for your trash will not work here.
Keep the stupid pick draft a superstar good for Vancouver if they do ..

He's in the last year of his contract and likely realizes his chances for an extension are bleak with 2/3rds of 1st line hurt. Foundational Sutter is rumoured to be back soon though, just needs one more guy, lets hope he cant find him.
You make no sense. His coming extension is based on how fast he reloaded the t pool . Schooled multiple gms. His amazing drafting, All while icing a team that was the 2-3rd exciting Canadian to watch. Now to have no Bo no Sven Guddy or Sutter. only strengthens his chance of being re-upped. you GMJB haters don't know much about hockey

So we're playing the Leivo card again except on the western front of Canada. Both have nonexistent value. You're better off including them as a lottery ticket type in a more significant deal.

Not sure what to make of Dano he seems to have gotten in the dog house of each team he has been on and it doesn't really seem like his teammates enjoy him much?

Petan would have great value to a team that needed a skilled offensive player and had room for him. The problem for Nic is that he came along just when the Jets got loaded up front with offensive guys. Hard to bump out the players ahead of him. Secondly he can still be sent to the minors for free so that is what happened.

When played with good players he has produced like a top 6 forward. But he was mainly used on the 4th line with people like Thorburn or Tanev. In these situations he didn't do much. Give him the Jets current 4th line wingers (Perreault and Armia) and we'd see him do VERY well. He still potentially has a high ceiling so the Jets should wait it out a bit to see what he becomes after a good stretch in the AHL. Petan's NHL future may be more as a LW then a C.

required by Jimbo - draft pick

Maaaybe Bergevin does it because he's desperate to keep his job? And then the fans eat him alive when they realize what it is that they traded for...

What is Vancouver contract limit at? If Vancouver has room and With the leaf being at the 50 contract limit I wonder if a 2 or 3 for one deal could work?? I don't think it would be a major trade but what about like

To Vancouver soshnikov, Polak and possibly marincin

To Toronto gudbranson

Would the value and something like this work?

Soshnikov could easily play bottom 6 and polak can fill in for gudbranson and marincin could add depth at NHL or Ahl level already cleared waivers..
