On occasion, I have some Leafs tickets available at face value, generally between $71-$110 per ticket (depending on the game). Tickets are in section 319, row 15.

Tuesday Nov 15 - Leafs vs Nashville $81/ticket, $162 for the pair
Thursday Nov 17 - Leafs vs Florida $71/ticket, $142 for the pair

$41 USD is approximately $55CAD? Let's just go with $60 after CC fees?

you're vastly underestimating StubHub's fees, they are much more than $5 CAD. They're usually 15%

EDIT: just checked the website. The tickets on there listed at $41 (323 row 17) are $53.22 USD after fees = $71.91 CAD

That includes UPS shipping them to your door.

I only have sold but my understanding is they charge the seller 10 points and the buyer 10 points on the USD ticket price.

Stubhub has always had fees for the buyer and the seller. Combined its about 25%. It's how they make their money

Edit: It's looking like the buyer fees alone are over 20% now. I looked into a pair of tickets with $95.50 being the ticket cost and an addition $21.30 in fees on top of it

I had recently purchased a pair of tickets to the Leafs/Panthers game this Thursday but unfortunately am no longer able to make the game.

I am looking to move them for $65 each for a total of $130, just looking to break even.

Price on the tickets are $75, but looking at Ticketmaster currently comparable tickets are $65 plus fees.

These are print-at-home/e-tickets so I will provide the PDF.

I have offered my season tickets for sale on this forum in the past. I have four Greens in section 312 row 3, first four seats on the aisle closest to centre. The Leafs shoot twice in this end. The following tickets are available for this season:
