Listening to Caldwell on the Big O Show he said they have renewed just over 70% of their season seat owners fom 16-17. So they've lost @ 25% of SSO's, no wonder they put Tallon back in charge.

We never got an official number of SSO members this year(16-17), right?

I know in 2015 there was a report out that had a number or at least a rough number of SSO the club had, showing a solid increase compared to 2014. Not sure if it was released due to the Broward decision on whether to give the 86m to us or not.

I don't remember ever hearing a total on SSO's in 16-17. This season was so disappointing it's not surprising they are having issues re-upping people. It sucks the stadium is going to be a ghost town unless they start winning right off the bat next year.

Anybody at the open house today?

We went Thursday night to the relocation. Wound up staying in our seats. Not a lot of options available in the lower level.

The rep who walked us around, you had to be escorted, said they had a huge increase in season seat sales.

In the pics on Twitter you can see only a few seats have paper on them, those are the available seats.

Weird because Caldwell said A few weeks ago on the radio they were at 75% renewal.

Wouldn't be surprised to see them create artificial demand by saying seats are already sold even though they're not to make people feel pressure to buy seats ASAP.

I think people see through the BS. Last year we had a semi return to normal as resale prices on 3rd party vendors dropped below single game ticket values. Many STH's barely broke even on non-premiere game nights.

Just food for thought, weekday game prices against non premier teams are back down on the third party market to under face value levels. I saw these tickets dry out about 4-5pm before puck drop and prices went back to face value at that time.

They just sent out a survey to SSO asking for various ratings. One of the questions was You feel the organization is headed in the right direction. I voted extremely dissatisfied.

In the comments section I put: Just win.

Has anyone else found themselves with a worse game day experience thanks to the actual game day staff? The other night I had to show my tickets four times to get from the gate to my seats in 319. I should never have to show my ticket more than twice. period.

Agreed. It has been happening more often. I always feel like the Panthers are overstaffed.

Yeah with as small as the crowds have been they should know all the regulars by name.

Finally completed my survey today. They are not going to be pleased when they read it. I told them there was no real value in being an SSO as I could buy tickets on StubHub for less than I paid for my seats. Told them that the way they treat SSO's is terrible, having a meet and greet on a non-game day at 5pm, Reps won't go out of their way for you, etc.

Told them I probably won't renew next year after 10+ years of being a SSO.

The incentive to renew is pretty good. The Cats Cash (when it's working for purchases) is a good idea. I got nearly a full month's worth of cash back when I renewed last season. They should bring back the discount on merch and food, though.
