I think I'm most interested in trying to watch 68 Kumpulainen and 80 Novak. 68 because there is so little out there about him, and 80 because f**k cancer and go him!

I'm interested in seeing who will be this year's Milne be very noticeable on the ice.

It'll be my first chance to see Kumpulainen live, so that's who I'm most intrigued to watch.

Apparently Bedard will not be playing against us on Sunday and instead plays the Blues on Saturday. That’s a shame, I was looking forward to a sneak peek of the Bedard-Wallstedt battle.

I don’t know that you can learn much from these, or the pre season in general. Last year, Rossi and Holloway were killing it in the pre season, but were invisible during the actual season. Hope to see Beckman, Walker, andROR back looking stronger, and making a case for some NHL time. Curious about Heidt, too, but for different reasons.

One year Stephane Veilleux led the NHL in pre-season scoring. Give him a few more years to develop.

Honestly, I'm not watching these to try to evaluate how good a player will be, I watch them to try to see what kind of game they prefer to play, and how they are matching up in limited time against players their own age. Taking more out of it than that is a crapshoot.

Feeling that way about a lot of the prospects they are talking about tonight. Then again it's not like there has been much positive to talk about.
