Sure, Sissons scored at a 22 goal pace, but he also shot an unsustainable 21.4%. Bonino is absolutely better than him to me. Jarnkrok probably gets the edge too, based on track record, but I think they're actually pretty even. Both are lower end 3rd liners.
Sissons averaged over 15 minutes TOI per game in the post season and his most common linemate was Forsberg, he only played under 14 minutes in 6 of the 22 games. He was good in the playoffs, and was stuck on the 3rd/4th line for a few of the games, but he likely played well over his head. Let's not forget that Sissons had 13 goals and 7 assists in 119 games prior to the playoffs this year, a couple of the goals and assists were on empty netters as well. Yes, he didn't have the greatest linemates most of the time, but do you want a guy with 7 assists in 119 games centering your second line? I could see giving him a chance above Jarnkrok, just to see how it shakes out. But second line? No way
