Making mistakes is a part of life, admitting you made the mistake or even seeing the mistake at all and fixing it is the important part. Most GMs and coaches never fix the mistake until its too late, or ever.

Every f***ing year we sign some washed up scrub in the offseason , smart fans rightfully complain, some people try and explain “bro he’s so cheap and he’s only gonna be 13th forward/7th D don’t worry about it!”

Then he invariably played every single game until halfway thru the season and the team FINALLY gives up on them when everyone who’s ever watched a hockey game predicted it in the offseason.

AMEN.

Death, taxes and the Rangers dumpster diving in the off-season for a washed up bottom sixer that was good with the current flavor of the day coach 6-9 years ago

And then the dipshits that defend the signing like the guys not going to become a staple on the 4th line for the first 50 games of the year

Those of you who thought the Ryan Carpenter signing was good...you know who you are

Sam is fun when the Rangers are playing well.

When the Rangers suck I can’t suffer Sam and Joe trying to polish a turd and/or fellating the other team.

I love them like a grandfather and uncle but sometimes I listen to the away feed lol
Joe does that.

Sam gets super passive-aggressive.

This year, however, that's ALL that we could afford.

Literally every team in the NHL does this, moreso with the flat cap.

Here
It`s a young mans game. Bonino has had a great career, but everything comes to an end. It`s the right move from the management, hope somebody claims him so we get rid of his cap.
If he clears they can bury his 800k. He’s done

Nick Bonino was placed on waivers. If the 35-year-old Bonino clears, the Rangers can completely bury his $800,000 cap hit in the AHL. So this is likely it for the 15-year NHL veteran, who signed with the Rangers in hopes of providing some stability in the bottom six but ultimately could not keep up with today’s NHL pace.

We'll find out waiving him was for cap purposes for 24-48 hours and he'll be back. Or some stupid Rongos bull crap. I highly doubt Drury is smart enough or pays enough attention to take coaches' toys away from them. Watch Pitlick get more ice time now. He already threw Wheeler back on the top line. They'll play 5D chess to get more bums playing more minutes.
