What’s alarming about MDC is that he only has SIX shots in roughly six games. Sigh, we all endured a terrible Isles team w no reward that year.
And who do you sit to give Dal Colle a look?Did we give MDC a 9 game look at some point? I can't remember. If not, we should...at least see what the kid can do or not do.
When Dal Colle is playing on a bad team, it seems he wont produced much ; it was like this in his last season with Oshawa. What’s alarming about MDC is that he only has SIX shots in roughly six games. Sigh, we all endured a terrible Isles team w no reward that year.
Kieffer Bellows is on quite a roll, with his 5th straight multi-point game, including 13 points in that span (6 G, 7A). He's now 13th in the WHL in points.

From the WHL last night:
Bellows 2 goals in a loss, 20 pts in 12 games and 61 shots on goal which is a good sign.
Quenneville, had a goal in a MH Win. Now has 18 pts in 10 games.
This has to be the first time ever where we've never had a prospect in the OHL.
My ears and eyes are starting to open in regards to Quenneville. Anyone see him play? any chance he is a real NHL prospect? Size is small but appears to be hungry and looks angry. (perfect) In this day and age NHL size is not a huge decider like 20 years ago.
Has anyone watched Bridgeport this season? Is he playing with Eansor?
Quennville is about the same height as Tory Krug and Spurgeon, so there is precedent for a d-man of that size not just making it but thriving in the NHL.
BTW, Spurgeon was never a point-per-game player in the WHL, but league scoring may have exploded since he was a junior player?
The "brick house" part is good. That and skating ability can overcome height. Not that ut matters but I believe Quennville is actually an inch or 2 shorter than them. Krug may be close to 5'10 and Spurgeon 5'9. I saw Quennville in person and he's a legit 5'8. Built like a brick house though.
I have a feeling Aho is seen as a potential deHaan replacement. I know it's a lot to expect but I think they're that high on Aho. Plus he's been a pro for years now and is older than regular first year drafted players.
Robin Salo have had a tough autumn, he has been out of the team and some games he has been 7 defender (no TOI) and he and the captain of his team have a video on the finnish Liiga homesite , which was not popular.
But when the finnish JWC team expose their team to 4 nations in Russia with players which plays in Finland,
Salo was elected to Captain of the team ,ahead players like Joulevi and Vaakanainen.
Sorry not following, so he is captain now and expected to get more ice-time? If not I wonder if he can be loaned the London Knights who own his rights.
